The lovingly restored Achtlerhof is located on the sunny side of the Hohenbogen. The farm is situated in a quiet, secluded location with good transportation links for excursions to the beautiful Kaitersberg and Arber regions. The entire spacious farm grounds, as well as a large play area with old fruit trees, are exclusively available to you and your family. Surrounded by vast forests and fields, the farm is a place for rest and relaxation. Our cozy, fully equipped vacation apartment, designed in a modern, rustic style, offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. This includes a balcony, a terrace, and a separate entrance. Parking in front of the house and Wi-Fi are free of charge. Dogs are welcome with prior notice. In the quiet village of Hohenwarth, just 2 km away, you’ll find everything you need for your daily needs. You’ll be staying in a cozy vacation rental in a modern country house style with approximately 100 m² of living space, including a living room with a dining area and sofa, a modern and fully equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, radio), 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed), a bathroom with shower, bathtub, and toilet, a separate toilet, as well as a large play area, balcony, and terrace. Overall, there is plenty of space for up to 5 people. The vacation rental is located on the upper floor of the house and has a separate entrance. Since it is a non-smoking apartment, smoking areas are available on the balcony and at the building entrance. You’ll find a large parking lot in the courtyard. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, bed linens, towels, dish towels, and final cleaning are included. Upon request, we’re happy to provide a travel crib and changing pad. A 25% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due on-site in cash. Only cash payments are accepted. Please note that the Achtlerhof is a decommissioned farm. No farming takes place here, and there are no animals on the property. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed for a fee of 5.00 EUR per day/night. The visitor’s tax of 1.00 EUR per person/night will be charged separately on site.
