The rustic yet elegant finca is located in a rural area just before the coastal town of Can Picafort in the north of the island.
The finca was built with high-quality materials and the living area, which has all amenities, is stylishly furnished.
The location is simply ideal, you will find the village of Santa Margalida for shopping about 10 minutes away by car, and the long sandy beaches of “Playas de Muro” and “Can Picafort” are also only 10 minutes by car from the finca.
The house with around 240 m² of living space houses a total of four double bedrooms (3 rooms on the ground floor, 1 room on the upper floor) and three bathrooms on two floors. Three bedrooms have a double bed, the other has two single beds and all rooms have their own air conditioning.
The spacious, bright living and dining room invites you to relax. The kitchen is right next door and complements the dining area in an open, spacious and bright concept where you can really spend a nice holiday time with family and friends.
From the living room you can access the wonderfully landscaped outdoor area with plenty of terrace space equipped with comfortable garden furniture and a long dining table where you can pull up the grill for delicious meals and spend unforgettable holiday moments in the evening sun.
The sun loungers under the huge pine tree invite you to sunbathe and the 11 x 5 m swimming pool (depth 1.0 x 2.00 m), which has been elegantly embedded into the terrace, provides the necessary refreshment.

Top gepflegte und liebevoll eingerichtete Finca mit viel Platz und allem, was das Herz begehrt. Außengelände und der riesige Pool sind ebenfalls in Top-Zustand und wurden während unserer Anwesenheit mehrfach gepflegt und gereinigt. Ein besonderes Highlight für uns waren die herzlichen Gastgeber (Eigentümer), Catherina und Miguel. Wir machen seit 11 Jahren Finca-Urlaub auf Mallorca. Diese Unterkunft steht in unserem persönlichen Ranking ganz oben und ist ohne Einschränkungen sehr empfehlenswert!
