It’s ideal for enjoying the Balearic Islands’ climate, water sports, sunbathing, and a fun nightlife.
The house features an open kitchen, a large living room, one bedroom with a double bed and a large outdoor terrace, and two double bedrooms. Standard capacity is 6 people, with a sofa bed and the option to add a crib and an extra bed.
It features two bathrooms, two showers, and huge terraces for barbecuing (included).
Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and electric stovetop; iron, hair dryer, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils, satellite TV, high chair, etc.
PICAFORT 1 features a 4x7-meter PRIVATE POOL and a sauna (available starting in November or upon request). It also has a barbecue.
The house is a recently built modern-style home with large windows and plenty of natural light. It has three floors connected by a beautiful staircase. The area is quiet and offers unobstructed views. You can see the beach from the terrace.
DESCRIPTION: Its proximity to—yet seclusion from—the town center makes this a very quiet area with hardly any neighbors. It’s close to a nature reserve where you can go jogging through the woods. Among other features, the home has a very spacious kitchen, a sauna (available starting in November or upon request), two showers, three bathrooms (two of which have showers), three bedrooms— all of which are double rooms (one with a king-size bed), a sofa bed, large closets, a game room, a huge terrace off the bedroom, and everything a family needs for a great vacation (microwave, toaster, hair dryer, video intercom, etc.). PRIVATE POOL measuring 8x4 meters. 210 square meters of floor space plus 160 square meters of terraces on a 280-square-meter lot.

We had a great time. The property is very clean and modern. It is spread over 3 floors, our teenager loved the lower floor with loads of space! Jeroni was really helpful. The area is pretty quiet, Eroski supermarket is nearby. Loved having our own pool. We would happliy return.

The property was very well maintained and well equipped. It was very comfortable and the type of villa we like.
Our only criticisms were there was no toilet in the downstairs shower room having been taken out to make room for a sauna, meaning anybody used the down stairs bedroom had no toilet nearby, and no mirrors in the two twin bedrooms.
Other than these points, it was a great villa.

The house was spotless, swimming pool was lovely. It was about 10 minutes direct walk to beach. There was an Eroski approx 7 mins walk away. We had a lovely family stay and the house had everything needed. We would love to return so would highly recommend.

Lovely villa in nice area of Can Picafort.Swimming pool is a nice size and there are plenty of sun loungers.Villa is clean but there were signs of wear and tear in several areas. The beds in the twin rooms are very uncomfortable and not suitable for adults. Very little furniture in the bedrooms and no mirrors in any rooms. The basement shower had a broken door and the jets for the shower were thick with limescale. When the shower was in use it caused a nasty sewerage smell to come up from all the drains in the villa.Good sized kitchen with good facilities. On the whole we had a good stay but there is room for improvement and some updating is required. The villa is more suited to 2 adults with children. Good communication with the owner.
