About this apartment rental
This is a wonderful, large 3 level private condo perfect for a large group or
family located in the quiet meadow area of Snowcreek. The living room, on the
second floor, opens out into a great view balcony with private gas BBQ grill,
has vaulted ceilings, a wood fireplace, a large sectional sofa, and TV with
DVD player. On the first floor is both of the bedrooms and bathroom and
private laundry room. The master bedroom has a King bed, TV, private patio and
a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed.
The upstairs loft is on the third floor and has 4 Twin beds perfect for the
kids. On the middle level there is a full dining room with table and seating
for 8, and a bar area outside the kitchen with additional seating for 3. The
fully equipped and spacious kitchen has all the amenities to cook for the
whole family.
Located in Phase I of Snowcreek and just a short walk to the golf course, this
is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood close to a shuttle stop and the multi use
path network. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek
Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna,
full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo
sleeps a maximum of 8 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests
will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is
allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are 4
stairs to the unit, 3 levels inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted. Our

All in all we enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The apertamente is outdated and just the minimum is provided to making it function. The location is good: 10 minutes drive to Canyon Lodge and 3 minutes from the gym. Membership to the gym is a plus.

During a recent stay (Aug. 2011) our daughter cut her foot on a loose metal piece of the heater near the dining room table. This should be fixed. Condo was in a great location, but needs top to bottom cleaning. It is very dusty and some of us have dust
allergies. The dust and grime is visible on the cieling fan, there are many cobwebs, and tops of bookcases/shelves have a thick layer of dust. If it was thoroughly cleaned, we might stay again. While we were there, a locksmith fixed the key problem, which
really helped.
