Before arrival received information how to access the room, so you can arrive when you want, even after reception closing time. Peaceful neighbourhood. Located next to the river, at harbour. Breckfast was OK. 15 minute walk from bus station.

On the last day, after breakfast while walking in front of the hotel toward the river, was attacked by a dog from behind, into back of a knee. Damage: ripped pants and red dot on a skin (no blood). It was a gated area, but there was a caravan car parked, dog came out from under the caravan, dog probably belonged to caravan owners. Just in case reported about the incident to the staff of the hotel, thinking they will report about the danger to who is in charge of the area. Surprisingly, staff did not knew what to do, just saying something like: "We will talk to caravan people when they come out. At a moment we can not do anything, nobody can approach the caravan, dog is protecting its territory. You may ask from caravan owners for compensation for pants." In the bathroom water drain was clogged, at the door visible water damages at floor level. No air conditioner in the room.

Nice location at the riverside in Pärnu Yacht Club, in the historic part of the city; and near beach. Very friendly staff and good service. Clean facilities, and free parking. Truly delicious espresso and other coffee drinks (brewed fresh with a vending machine); included with very tasty breakfast. Good restaurant with nautical inspired interior.

Lack for a floor towel for drying feet after shower. Also , a small wire shelf on the shower wall would be good for guest’s personal washing items to put on.

We stayed in late November and it was very cold in the room, even though all the radiators were turned up to maximum. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the pipes in the bathroom all the time. Breakfast was very poor, with very few items served. It was fortunate that we only needed to stay for two nights and were out of the room during the day, otherwise we would have had to change the hotel.
