The house is spacious, with a large, fully equipped kitchen, 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a lovely living room. Outside, there is a lovely, well-equipped covered patio where you can eat and relax in the shade. The garden, with barbecue, shower and many sunbeds is also very well-kept, with wonderful trees creating a frame of shade in front of the pool. The contact person was extremely kind and precise. The standard of cleanliness and customer care was among the best of our many experiences in Menorca. The area is extremely quiet, residential, and peaceful, yet very close to amenities such as supermarkets, bar, restaurants, and the beach - all within a few minutes' walk.

For us, the price is high - as is unfortunately the case with all accommodation these days, not just in this specific area but across all of Menorca making it difficult to stay for more than a few days. We missed having a view of the sea, even though it was very close by.

We wanted somewhere very quiet to stay and that is what we got- perfect! A lovely villa, not overlooked and any neighbours and all were very considerate re noise etc. The kitchen was very well equipped, so much so we didnt actually need to eat out at all whilst we were there. A small but well stocked supermarket close by catered for everything we needed. There is a BBQ too (which the host provided all you needed to use it) and lots of different areas to sit and relax depending if you wanted sunshine or shade. The washing machine was handy and again the host again had provided all the detergents needed. The host was very friendly, in constant communication and met us at an agreed time to talk through the villas amenities etc.

Regarding the nearby beach - google said that it is very quiet. It wasnt on the 2 days we ventured down to it. It didnt really matter to us because we already knew we wanted to stay in the villa with the lovely pool the majority of the time. But if this is important to you to have a quite beach - this isnt the case. The only other thing to mention is that there are 2 restaurants close by both of which were pizza based. We didnt try them - so they well be amazing! - but in case you again looked on google thinking there are restaurants nearby to go too, then just make sure you check them out.
