    The team at the Palm Resort are excellent, friendly and attentive. The hotel is on the Zambezi river and although far away from the centre a great place to relax. The hotel provides a free shuttle into the city centre. Rooms are beautiful and impeccably clean. We loved our stay here, thank you!

    My room had an alleged river view. Barely, if you looked a bit sideways but it was 95% lawn and bushes. Design of the place is uninspired and nothing special. Room was small and mattress low quality. Below good mid range hotel standard. No luxury experience to be had. It cost far far far too much for what it delivered. I was very dissatisfied, not that anyone asked how my stay was at checkout. I don’t know why it has such high reviews. Chose someplace else.
