I’ve always wanted to stay here and I loved being in the hotel as a result, but it’s got some issues considering g the price. Our room was so dusty. The mossie net was dusty and ill fitted. The skirting boards and windows were dusty. When the fan went on I couldn’t stop sneezing from the dust.
It’s still a grand and beautiful hotel, just needs some work considering the options out there. Coming from Zambezi Sands, which was spotless, with such attention to detail, to this was slightly disappointing.

Staff are kind but management sucks. It is evident that this hotel is being run on a shoestring budget. It took 10mins for the hot water to come. Stingy manager allows a maximum of 30mins late checkout. We will not stay here on our next visit to Victoria Falls.
