This spacious and light 3 bedroom semi-detached house is well located for a quiet stay and a short walk from all the amenities that Saundersfoot has to offer. The bedrooms all boast sea views, and together with the fully enclosed garden, this property is perfect for families to relax.
Enter into the well equipped kitchen diner, recently renovated with families in mind and has everything you will need to prepare and serve a delicious meal. This unique property offers a spacious modern living room with a comfortable corner sofa with a 43” wall mounted Smart TV at one end and a handy sofa bed at the other end with glass windows and door letting in natural sunlight from the garden.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The décor offers a mix of modern living with a touch of classic styling with warm colours and textured soft furnishings. There is the larger King Bedroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedded room, all with Simba Hybrid mattresses, along with an additional sofa bed in the living room for larger families (available upon request to accommodate 8 guests and extra charges apply). The spacious modern family bathroom is also located on the first floor and has a shower over the bath. There is a separate shower room with WC located off the dining area on the ground floor.
There is a good sized garden comprising a patio area with table, chairs, benches and parasol, with steps leading to a lawned area. A BBQ is available for use.
