Ragged Staff - 3 Bedroom Holiday Home - Saundersfoot

Great location. 10 minute walk to beach & centre. Good size property with tidy outdoor space. Good size rooms and 2 bathrooms very handy.

Could have had a slightly more thorough clean eg windows and outdoor furniture.

The location was excellent. Quiet yet within easy walking distance of the centre of Saundersfoot even with 4 young children. Good space with young children, plenty of room. Appropriately equipped. We enjoyed our stay and the children loved it but ….

The property needs a deep clean eg grouting in the bathrooms, window surrounds, under the furniture. There’s also some general maintenance that needs to be carried out eg kickboards in the kitchen are not secure, neither is the bottom shelf in the bathroom. Bath plug doesn’t work, nor is the lever to change water from taps to shower effective. The garden would have been great but not maintained - enormous brambles overhanging.Lots of steps with rickety fence to front door but side entrance to back not really accessible because so overgrown.

Lovely and Spacious yet homely,for 6 of us 4 adults 2 children. Well equipped kitchen. Clean and tidy inside. Lovely to have some outdoor space. Location was brilliant a bit steep for my parents to walk so if you have mobility issues its a bit far. But we loved Saundersfoot. Went on the beach alot. Tenbys only 10 mins drive. Which we loved too.

The bed in the 2nd bedroom which had the 2 singles in was extremely sqeaky. And quite uncomfortable. The outside furniture could do with replacing as its rusting and was filthy took us ages to clean down so we could try sit outside. And the decking going up is dangerous very wobbly. And there was cobwebs all up the stairs going up to property and although that cant be helped but maybe just before people stay a broom on those. As the stairs are steep and you want to hold the rail wasnt pleasant. And could do with slightly bigger tv. But overall we loved it there and our stay. And wouldnt put us off. Just points to help with other people.

The conservatory was filthy the furniture in the conservatory was very tatty.The garden was very overgrown and you couldn’t use the garden furniture it was so old
