Peaceful and comfortable ideal for a family break.

Ease of booking and instructions on getting there and accessing the property. At first, I didnt think the beds would be comfortable, but I slept very well, better than I usually do when on holiday. Central location, and how quiet and peaceful the area was.

It was a little chilly, but the hive remote on the wall didnt connect to the WiFi, so we couldn't get the heating on. We should have called the number, but we were in and out quite a lot, so felt we could manage without it. The property was a little musty, and could use a little TLC and more thorough cleaning. It could also benefit from having a washing machine to use. The bannisters outside desperately need replacing, I would be quite weary if I had younger children, and the steps up to the house are very steep, but there is an alternative entrance around the back of property.

Great place but could do with a few improvements.

Fantastic location, not far from the town. Very steep hill though, may not be suitable if you are less able. Nice layout, and everything provided.

Really, really uncomfortable bed in the main bedroom, could literally feel the springs in the mattress. Garden furniture rusted and dated, and things need a bit of a spruce up.

Good location for ironman

Go location, quiet little cul-de-sack, good storage for bikes, good facilities in the house. Showers very very powerful, super pressure. Really close to the village and the beach, saundersfoot is a brilliant base. Brilliant base for Ironman wales, can get access to the property even when saundersfoot roads were closed.

The mattresses in the single room were very uncomfortable and they didn’t get much sleep. The wooden floors made it very noisy in the morning, i have small children who love to get up very early. The shower door kept coming off it hinges.

Excellent spacious accommodation in a lovely quite setting.

Spacious, well equipped, lovely decoration and fittings. Quite and convenient location with easy free parking. The garden is great adding to the setting and provided another great choice for relaxing and making the most of good weather days. It provided everything for our short stay but would be equally good for a longer holiday. The garden tap was a real bonus for washing out wetsuits etc but we didn't spot it until day three, well worth adding to the information pack.

Very poor value for money given the above - over £700 for 3 nights i expect a clean, well maintained

The property needs a good spring clean. shower was full of mould ( tip spray with some cillit bang), the shower floor was dirty. Bed was uncomfortable. Garden unkempt.
