Parcheggio,pulizia,dotazioni casa,vicinanza al mare e vicinanza a centro Arbe.
Avendo avuto durante il nostro soggiorno giornate caldissime (anche 36^ di giorno e 26^ di notte), abbiamo sentito la mancanza del condizionatore nelle camere (la mancanza di condizionatore nelle camere non era scritta sula presentazione dell’alloggio). Gli ultimi giorni dopo una serie di temporali serali questa esigenza è venuta meno. Un’altro aspetto, non direttamente correlato alla struttura, è il costo di questa vacanza, la Croazia ,perlomeno l’isola di Rab ha dei prezzi esageratamente alti.
