+ great and always forthcoming owners (Ruža), who also speak German and English
+ a nice and big appartment with a large terrace overlooking the beaches and sea
+ comfortable beds with hard mattresses
+ well-furnished, incl. 2 fridges, a wasching machine and air conditioning
+ walking distance to the Padova beaches and to the old town of Rab
- the small street leading to Apartments Pende is very steep and narrow, but fortunately we had no big problems to reach it with a smaller car like the SKODA Fabia
