The first floor features the main living area, kitchen, dining space, and beachfront deck. Chic coastal décor complements the stunning scenery, while a large sectional with a queen sleeper sofa, bench seating, flat-screen TV, and cozy fireplace creates the perfect place to unwind.
The open layout allows guests to flow easily between spaces while enjoying the view. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a stylish backsplash, and a breakfast bar seating three. Nearby, a farmhouse dining table with booth seating accommodates large family meals and celebrations.
Second Floor — Primary Suites
Upstairs, two luxurious bedroom suites provide comfort and privacy.

Local ordinances allow the public to walk along the shoreline at the erosion control line. For a more private setup, guests may:
• Reserve additional beach service sets (approximately $60 per day)
• Set up personal chairs early each morning
• Rent backpack beach chairs from us for weekly use

Beautiful home. Perfect for our family with a Million Dollar view. The house however needs some much needed TLC. However, with that being said, we would rent it again for our next trip and also recommend to others.

We had a great time at Dolphin Watch. The water is clear and calm, the beach is powdery white sand. Absolutely gorgeous. The house was perfect for us, with two primary bedrooms and a loft bedroom for our teenager. Having the golf cart was awesome too! Host was very responsive and kind when we had a question. Can’t say enough good things about this vacation!
