Check in/out after hours was very easy. Vacasa had great follow-up to ensure everything was acceptable. Great location, super easy walk to Harbor Town and all the amenities. Very professionally managed and it shows.

Loved being close to Harbourtown. Communication could be better since the code we were given did not work and manager had to come let us in. Also supposed to repair lock but never did. Local people were easy to work with but the international 1-800 rep was rude and condescending. Not a perfect process but property was perfect for our needs.

We’ve been to many condo’s on HHI, and this one was spacious for our family and was a great location. Should be cleaned more thoroughly, but that’s a cleaning company problem. Other than cleanliness, we enjoyed our stay.
