Topli smeštaj jel sam duata puta po drugim smeštajima bivao smrznut.

La posizione è eccellente, a soli 7-8 minuti a piedi dalla metro e in un quartiere sicuro e ben servito da supermercati, bar e farmacie. L'appartamento al terzo piano è spazioso, ben diviso e dotato di un piacevole terrazzino con vista. Comodissimo l'accesso tramite codici numerici, ideale per non rischiare di smarrire le chiavi. I letti sono molto confortevoli, specialmente per l'intelligente soluzione dei doppi piumini singoli. Gli infissi sono di ottima qualità e garantiscono un perfetto isolamento dai rumori esterni, mentre il riscaldamento è regolabile autonomamente in ogni stanza grazie alle valvole sui radiatori. La cucina è moderna e completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari.

La pulizia è stata deludente: effettuata una sola volta in modo molto superficiale, lasciando peli e capelli ovunque. Non sono stati reintegrati i prodotti base (sapone e bagnoschiuma) e mancavano totalmente detersivi per lavatrice e lavastoviglie. L'accoglienza è stata nulla: non è stata fornita nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua (quella del rubinetto sapeva molto di cloro) o una cialda di caffè per il primo risveglio. I vicini del piano superiore sono stati estremamente rumorosi dalle 6:00 fino alle 2:00 di notte. L'intrattenimento è limitato a una sola TV con sistema scomodo, il fono è di scarsa qualità e mancano adattatori per le prese Schuko. Infine, l'illuminazione nelle stanze è troppo forte e poco rilassante per le ore serali.

Гарна невеличка квартира трохи подалі від центральної частини міста, але в 10хв від станції метро та інших транспортних маршрутів. Тепла, в новобудові, всі меблі в середині також нові. Поруч декілька продуктових магазинів, один навіть цілодобовий. Тиха. Хороший вид з вікна на внутрішній двір. Стабільний інтернет, і в цілому вони чудово підходить для довготривалого перебування. Є навіть прибирання раз на 3 дні.

Треба пройти online check-in, який виглядає не дуже безпечним, вислати фото своїх документів їм на пошту і також перерахувати 200 EUR депозиту. Саме перерахувати, а не заблокувати на картці. І кожен раз у вас будуть висвічуватись різні назви компаній що трохи відлякує. Але в цілому check-in пройшов легко, депозит повернули без нагадування. Неправильно було вказано код на вхідні двері, але тех.підтримка швидко відповіла по телефону (хоча до цього не відповідали у WhatsApp). На кухні немає солі та спецій. І, мабуть, варто згадати що прибиральниця прийшла 1го січня о 9й ранку.

Loved the at home feel WiFi fast and reliable the bath was glorious quick fill up rate plenty of towels and 2 times a week cleaners came by to change them with sheets if needed. Cleaners were very pleasant. The building was nice shops nearby close to transport. I like the water filter on kitchen tap lots of plates bowels cups and glasses and the coffee machine too but would of been nice to know which coffee capsule to buy for it or leave some examples. Hot plate and oven cooked food so fast.

There was tonnes of dust on top of the cabin ates in kitchen and bathroom and when windows open and windy it blew it off the top and caused me to sneeze the clock was not working the frying pan was so old and chipped also I was given the wrong code to get into flat had to wait like 20mins outside dying to used toilet finally got a new code and not even an apology for the inconvenience. There was a breakfast service which was not promoted to me while there. Dust layers under the bed. No extra bags to throw out trash not told where to throw trash had to ask. Cushions were dirty and table and chairs too on the balcony. I thought I left my phone holder in flat after check out so message asking if cleaner found it nearly a week and another message asking if it's been found they said no but I doubt they even bothered to look and the flat must of been occupied in that week I waited for a reply back again no apologies for not replying to my messages. They have no 24hours help I.e if lose entry code to get in building or flat you got to wait until 10am outside. No cutting board to prepare food. No back up if power outage and electric key entry not working. Aircon was A1.
