La ubicación, casi te caes del balcón al agua. Desde el balcón hay unas vistas preciosas, desde todas las ventanas de la casa puedes ver el agua, ya sea del mediterráneo o del canal de Tomás Maestre. La vivienda a pesar de no tener aire acondicionado suele correr mucho aire por la orientación y tiene ventiladores de techo en todas las estancias. La plaza de garaje del sótano es super amplia. Las camas son bastante cómodas.
No tiene aire acondicionado para algún día que no corre aire. El menaje es muy muy incompleto, ni un cuchillo en condiciones, la vitro es pésima y el frigo no enfría de sobra. El sofá, que es sofá cama y nosotros no lo necesitamos, si lo vas a usar como sofá es incómodo.
