About this villa rental
This is a newly built five bedroom semi detached villa strategically located between Marsascala and Zejtun and just five minutes away from the fishing village of Marsaxlokk.
The villa was recently constructed and finished to very high standards. The ground floor consists of a very spacious sitting/living room incl. a billiard table and again a large kitchen/dining area overlooking the pool and deck area. The pool has an area of 50sqm and the pool area enjoys spectacular country views where one can enjoy memorable sunsets.
A parking for two cars is provided in the spacious front garden that leads to the villa. The first floor consists of four bedrooms and a suite at second floor level with a spectacular view.
