Charming town studio location

A lovely little studio apartment perfectly placed in the centre of Clermont, walking distance from all town attractions and amenities. Very well furnished and equiped for a touristic or romantic stay in town. Great driving access to the stunning wildlife outside town.

Best to know it's on the 5th floor with no lift, and very hot in warm weather. A few of the furnishings could be updated, and the cleaning service could be a bit more perfectionist.

I liked the flat but would have preferred the host nearby in case of any problems.

The flat was very central and clean and the bed was comfy. Completely okay.

I found it quite stressful using the lock box. It turned out that the host was not in Clermont Ferrand, which added more stress. I would prefer to have the host nearby in case of any issues.

very convenient ,in the centre of town, access to transport and facilities. Basic but appropriate furniture and kitchen equipment. Very clean and functional.

on 5th floor with no lift. great for exercising,not so good with heavy cases. It was not an issue for me.

The house inside had good services and new appliances. From the house you can reach the city center in few minutes by walk

Petit appartement sympathique et fonctionnel proche du centre-ville. Séjour agréable en famille !

Location proche centre-ville, parkings (payants) disponibles très proche, calme, équipement (sauf la douche qui tenait difficilement sur son support).

Attention, logement au 4ème étage sans ascenseur !

Appartement bien situé et équipé mais literie à revoir.

Très bonne positionnement du logement: tramway et gare routière à proximité. logement bien aménagé,, propre, bien équipé. bonne explication pour le trouver. les biscotte de dépannage pour le matin sont bien appréciables. Rue Calme. Appartement calme. On entend parfois la musique du voisin mais peu longtemps et aux heures ouvrable, donc ça va.

La literie, clairement à changer que ce soit pour le canapé lit ou pour le lit principal. Le 3ème étage sans ascenseur sans le savoir : je ne sais pas si j'ai mal lu l'annonce, mais je ne me souvenais pas de cette information. IL ne s'agit pas vraiment d'une chambre mais plutôt d'un coin nuit, séparé de la pièce principale avec un rideau.

El dueño estuvo muy atento a nuestras peticiones. El apartamento tenia muchos detalles como cafetera, cafe, secador, plancha, etc. Esta muy bien situado.

no habían sacado el polvo en meses. había pelos en el lavabo cuando llegamos. la habitacion no tiene ventana ni puerta y es super pequeña

Sauf distraction de ma part, je n'ai pas vu mention dans l'annonce de la situation en étage élevé de l'appartement ; environ 90 marches à monter, cela peut représenter un vrai problème si l'on est pas averti et en difficulté physique ou respiratoire par exemple..Par ailleurs, l'isolation par rapport aux voisins , très défaillante, nous a valu d'être réveillés très tôt ( bruits de douche, chasse d'eau..)

Appartement conforme au descriptif. Très cocooning avec une décoration soignée. Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville et profiter des commerces et restaurants. Très bonne réactivité téléphonique et contact avec le gérant.

Le bruit des noctambules et d'un restaurant dans la rue. Nous ne pouvions dormir les fenêtres fermées à cause de la chaleur dans l appartement... Ce doit être certainement plus calme la semaine.
