This place is a hidden gem. I can’t wait to go back.

Lovely peaceful stay with great skiing close by.

The peaceful location, beautiful lake view, proximity to the ardent ski lift with free parking and no queues. Friendly helpful staff. Unexpected bonus of a free wood fired sauna after days on the mountain.

The evening menu was limited and the small and large plates were not a very clear description of what to expect. Some of the small plates were large and heavy. I think it would be better to just have traditional starters and mains.

i was travelling alone with a toddler, and I loved that the hotel staff is amazing, very friendly and very helpful. Hotel felt safe. Breakfast buffet was incredible. I would have loved that the staff knew a bit more information about kids activities around, as most of them are here for the season, it was normal for them not to know. Would have been a ++ but still perfect. Car parking was great also, free and very close to the hotel, and the lake. I totally recommend and will be back to have the summer experience there.

Only little problem, We have had 2 rooms in 3 days stay, the second room had a balcony, was amazing, but only thing, bathroom smelt moldish. There is no tv, no kettle to make tea but possibility to go downstairs and get some. Still okay

The hotel was beautiful, the staff were friendly, inviting and nothing was to much trouble. Customers service was excellent.

The only thing that was the transport as we could get a taxi from Morzine and the bus service finished early. However this wouldn’t stop me from staying again.

Stayed here before in the summer, so nice to stay in the winter too.Easy access to Ardent for skiing via free resort bus. Room overlooking lake as expected, very comfortable bed with great powerful en-suite shower. Continental style breakfast was good, meats, cheese, cereals, pastries, fruit & yoghurts. Would recommend dinner in the restaurant, we are there twice and couldn’t fault it, the food was exceptional. Staff extremely friendly and welcoming.

A fairytale place to stay for Christmas.

It was in a beautiful position. The young staff were all extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and basic but had everything you needed. The shower was powerful and the water was hot. The breakfast had a good selection of continental foods.

The perfect spot for us to stay overlooking the lake. On a great bus route to get to the slopes. Lovely friendly hotel. Great taxi service included too.

Fantastic location overlooking lake, friendly staff.

Fantastic location overlooking the lake, very friendly and helpful staff. Room 18 was fairly simple but comfortable with a small balcony overlooking the lake which was great. The restaurant was good for dinner and breakfasts were excellent. We met other guests who stay in winter as well as summer, and we would definitely go back. Lake is very popular for swimming and paddleboarding (rental available), with a lovely walk round it and up to a nearby waterfall.

We were on second floor and I don't think there is a lift - stairs not a problem for us but check if you have mobility issues.

A friendly hotel in a beautiful location

Beautiful location, welcoming and friendly staff creating a lovely vibe. Excellent restaurant and a very substantial continental breakfast buffet.

Very noisy into the night. There is a hall between the hotel and the lake that holds functions which go on until 2-3am in the morning. Deliveries to the hotel start very early too.

Lovely, gorgeous, relaxing and beautiful

The location is amazing. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The hotel curates its own shower get / hand soap collection which is absolutely gorgeous! I bought a shower gel and would have bought plenty more if stock had allowed for it.

It would have been lovely if the hotel provided beach towels for the lake but it is certainly not a deal breaker.

The hotel location is fantastic with great views over the lake. Rooms are simple, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good, bar service is super and dinner delicious. Staff were hospitable and friendly.

Everything! This is a magical Place! The room was beautiful, the beds so comfortable, infront of the lake, peaceful and quite. The breakfast was delicious. The staff super nice and welcoming. Perfect vacation. I so much recommend this place and will definitely come back here.

The most stunning picture perfect views from your room, stunning location that will be hard beaten. The staff were great, friendly and created a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. Cannot recommend enough.

Really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful location, superb staff and lovely food. Room service could be better, we didn’t get a change of towels in 3 days, no cups to make a drink, we fetched some from downstairs for a morning cup of tea. The dirty cups weren’t changed. Our room, room 8, has a problem with the bathroom drains, very unpleasant smell the whole time. Very minor complaints because we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and easily resolved. Thank you

what a surprise. it so not often that you find a modern hotel ran by a hound passionate team in the region, what a find. the view on the lake is amazing and the food is a good reason in itself to stop by the hotel. the room was large, we had a duplex, and had APW did view on the lake and a small balcony. highly recommended.

Good stay, lovely location for a few nights but a little isolated for longer stays without a car.

Attractive location for day time activities by the lake, breakfast was of a high quality however cooked breakfast would have been a bonus/ some variety to the breakfast which was the same everyday. Staff were friendly

The food options on the menu were pretty pricey (considering the stay was good value for money) I think it would be nice if hotel guests got discounted food? We booked the Sunday BBQ but subsequently cancelled due to the price. Location- Quite a long walk to cheaper options to eat in montriond, bus service was a little unreliable but not the hotels fault!
