Location was amazing. right on one of the most beautiful lakes i've ever seen. Incredibly friendly staff. Super helpful with everything and genuinely want to help. The room was on the basic side, but still very comfy. We didn't have a view of the lake, but our balcony still had a great view of the mountains. The restaurant's menu was small but delicious. And the daily breakfast was better than most hotels of that price
The room had a slightly musty smell. but after airing it for a couple minutes, it was better. Admittedly, this is hard problem to fix because it maybe comes from the plumbing. But it never felt dirty.

Breakfast was very good and the location was brilliant coupled with the free bus service to Morzine and other places.
The meals were not up to our normal standard and on our first occasion the burgers were only lukewarm.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect - one bus stop from the ski lift.
And a nice view of the lake.
