The hotel was in Avoriaz which was great, the size of the room was adequate and larger than others in this area.
Reception always closed
Duvet had what looked like urine stains, we had to ask for a replacement.
Carpet looked old and dirty
Escalators up to Electra didn't work

Fab location, clean, modern rooms. Amazing view from balcony.
That you have to make your own beds, can’t have extra towels, extra cost. More kitchen space would be good.

Great location just up from the town centre with ski in ski out boot room! The apartment was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities.
One of the lifts was out of order during our stay. Necessary for an 11 storey building.

Location, staff very welcoming and helpful
Horrible musty smell, Bed uncomfortable, sheets not on bed, dishwasher not unloaded and crockery not washed properly
