This traditional longhouse, dating back to 1870, offers a pleasantly decorated and bright interior, perfect for comfortable living. - Ground floor: a kitchenette, a living room and lounge area, a shower room, and a toilet. First floor: two bedrooms (one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with two single beds (90cm)). Outside: a terrace, garden furniture, a barbecue, and sun loungers. This semi-detached rental is adjacent to gîtes 56G17211 and 56G17210, and near 56G17235. Shared amenities include a 4000m² enclosed garden and a heated (8m x 4.5m) chlorine-free swimming pool (heated by an air source heat pump) under a 1.79m retractable cover, open from June 1st to September 30th. Opening hours: 9am - 8pm. (Swimming pool shared with the owners and the 3 other cottages). Between the Gulf of Morbihan and the legendary Forest of Brocéliande, come and take a breath of fresh air in a green setting. Lovers of hiking, on foot, on horseback or by bike, will be delighted thanks to the various walks revealing surprising corners and breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. Not to be missed during your stay: the beautiful character towns of Josselin with its castle (15 km) and Malestroit (20 km), both located along the Nantes to Brest Canal. For your beach and boating days, the Gulf of Morbihan is a 45-minute drive away.
