About this villa rental
This unit is located between Atlantic Beach and Emerald Isle at one of the islands newest luxury properties in Indian Beach.
Down the hallway from the elevator, allowing you easy access to the unit, you will find a well appointed 1400 square foot luxury ocean front villa with an expansive balcony. The balcony provides breathtaking views of the ocean.
Back inside the unit, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, loads of storage and all the extras you could hope for such as a toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, ETC. Around the corner from the kitchen you will also find a large capacity front loading washer and dryer.
There are 2 bedrooms. The grand master suite features a walk out to balcony, a heavenly king size bed and large en suite with whirlpool tub. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a twin for extra sleeping accommodations. With a sliding lock-off door, this becomes a private room with en suite ... All beds come made with luxury linens and bathrooms have a starter set of towels for you and your guests.
There are multiple flat screen tvs in the space as well as wireless high speed internet access. No smoking. No pets.
You and your guests will enjoy the oceanfront Grande Pool and Pavilion with children’s pool, as well as the oceanfront fire pit. Don’t miss a beat in your fitness routine in the health and fitness center overlooking the Atlantic Ocean; featuring state-of-the-art equipment, locker room, sauna and showers. Guests of all ages will enjoy the Sports and Games Lounge with billiards, foosball, video game center, wireless Internet access and large flat screen TV. Osprey Club Lounge with oceanfront terrace and fireplace. Complimentary beach side chair and umbrella as well as charcoal grills are available on premises. Parking is limited to two spaces per residence.
NOTE, as a result of Covid-19, the fitness facilities as well as other inside/ outside amenities are not guaranteed. The state health policies and restrictions are changing daily. Please refer to local ordinances for further information. No boats, trailers or jet skis allowed on premises.
The pool can be heated for you during your stay for an additional $50 per day. Requires 3 days notice.

We have stayed at the grand villas the last four years. This was the nicest unit we have rented in those four years. The furnishings and decorations were perfect. The kitchen was well stocked. Owners generally will not promise that there are many condiments or other supplies, but we found that it was well supplied with many items. Stacy was very prompt communicating with us on a couple of minor issues.

The condo was tastefully decorated and well appointed. The large terrace has stunning ocean views. Well located in mid-Bogue Banks with 20 min access to Emerald Isle to the west and Atlantic Beach to the east. Lots to see and do including NC Aquarium, Fort Macon & Beaufort. Great week.

The condo and amenities were nice and communication with Stacy was very good.
Everything mentioned in other reviews was spot on and well deserving for this unit.
This unit has a great track record on reviews and while I hate to mess this up, I honestly don't think it is the perfect condo because of the location. It is also possible that this isn't a great location if you have very little kids. Here is why we would have preferred another location.
The location ended up being problematic for us because the closest grocery store was 20 minutes away and food was fairly difficult to find (of decent quality unless you wanted to drive again). If you needed something from the store, there go at least 40 minutes of your day just in the car.
This location also has a few rows of winding steps to get to the beach access so if you want to bring a cart or stroller or more than you can carry, you'd have to go out of the complex to the public beach access area and go all the way around.
Lastly and this was probably fixed the unit was super clean except for the coffee maker the master shower needs a new shower head and the other bathroom had a light out in the shower.
