The townhouse was perfect for our family. It was in a perfect location and had great amenities. I am thinking about booking it again for next year.

This is a spacious and spotless condo with an amazing view of the ocean! The beds and furniture were comfortable and updated. The agent Lynn was wonderful when we had a question! We would highly recommend this condo as a great getaway vacation spot!

This Summer Winds condo was lovely - beautifully decorated, with new and comfortable furniture and appliances. We only used the master bedroom so can’t speak about the second and third bedroom beds, but the master king bed was very comfortable, which is a rare find in a lot of rentals. The kitchen was well stocked with everything - pots and pans, silverware, glassware, and even glass storage containers which we really appreciated, we try to avoid glass. (Although we left a few of ours there by accident so the next guest will have an extra selection!) The views from the living room area, master bedroom and outdoor balcony both had ocean views. There was a stocked closet of games and puzzles, perfect for rainy days and evenings. The facility was good; the exterior of the building and sports complex could use a little upkeep. We enjoyed some of the facilities, including the sauna, pool and racket ball courts. The complex is very well located, half way between Atlantic beach and the heart of Emerald Isle. We brought our bikes and also took the bike and walking path which runs nearly the entire way between the condo and the Point of Emerald Isle - it was about 13 miles each way. Great visit, I highly recommend this condo!
