The very bright flat is functional, well appointed and fully air-conditioned.

- A bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a shower room
- A bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a bunk bed and a shower room .
- An independent toilet
- A beautiful sheltered terrace with garden furniture, sunbeds, dining table and Weber barbecue

- Two parking spaces in the same secure building
