Lovely home! We typically prefer to stay oceanfront, but needed to book a shorter stay this year so third row made the most sense for us based on rates/availability. We love Holden Beach!
This property checked all the boxes for us. Well stocked kitchen, dog-friendly, impeccably clean. Close access to beach via private neighborhood access - 4min walk. Would love to return to Seahaven Too!
Tips for improvement:
-One to two trash bags would be helpful as we had to purchase while other items like dish/laundry detergent, hand soap were provided
-Full set of dinner plates
-View of Intracoastal from master bedroom was lovely except for the tire/dirt landfill which was not shown in the photo

Cleanliness, decor was very pleasant. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped and home spacious. Highly recommend for a pleasant beach retreat.
