This was our second stay at this cute place. We absolutely love the location. Nice update to bathrooms since our last trip. Plenty of room and clean facilities.

The best feature was how close to the beach we were even having to cross the road. We also loved having the pool for the grandkids to swim. The improvements could be to clean up the outside area out of the kitchen door. There was no seating or privacy to sit outside in the morning and have a cup of coffee. The four chairs out near the driveway were very old and rusty. The condo sleeps 9, but only seats 6 for eating which was very inconvenient for meals! Even adding a small bar area with seats would be better. I loved how quiet and family oriented the area is and will definitely visit Holden beach again.
