Bring your family and friends for a wonderful escape to one of the best kept secrets in the Florida Panhandle. Cape San Blas offers a taste of “Old Florida”: quiet dog friendly beaches, a bay abundant with sea life and plenty of southern hospitality. You will find fresh gulf shrimp and seafood just down the street. Visit one of our local restaurants or stay in all week and never leave the beach… it’s up to you!
Dolphin Lookout boasts an expansive gulf front view, private, heated (for a fee) pool, hot tub, tons of deck space and many other premium amenities. The extensive list of features on this home pushes it into the category of a “private resort”. Your well-behaved furry friends are welcome!
*The ground level offers plenty of parking, covered carport, propane grill, fenced pool area, back yard lawn and private boardwalk to the beach.
*The second level includes the kitchen, dining area, living room, a queen bedroom, bunk room, full bath. The large, screened deck offers plenty of seating with a large gathering space.
*The third level hosts the gulf side master king suite which includes a large executive office space for those that must work while on vacation! The master bathroom includes a real steam shower sauna and custom air bubble bath with “chromatherapy” light. Also on this level is a king bedroom suite, laundry area and a reading nook.

Such a great beachfront house! The master suite on the top level was spacious and the deck hot tub access made it even better! This was our first trip to Cape San Blas and we were so impressed with the peacefulness of the area, the water color on the north side beaches, and the cute downtown Port St. Joe! Our pups felt right at home and loved walks on the beach. Would highly recommend this beach house and area!!

The house was perfect for our family vacation with adult children & grandchildren.

We had a great time! There were a few things I would change if I owned the house though. The pool was soooo cold. We tried to use it once and quickly got out. The mattress in the master bedroom was almost like a waterbed. It was very low to the floor also. We had no gas to grill with. We had to message the owner to bring more, so our Memorial Day plans of grilling burgers and swimming were ruined. We had to fry the hamburgers inside instead. The air conditioner upstairs was blowing hot air and we had to message the owner again to send someone out to check it. There was a Freon leak. The battery on the door lock needed changing, and the neighbors were extremely loud. We threatened to call the cops on them. They were screaming at the top of their lungs at 10:45 one night. Other than seeing to it that these problems don’t occur for future guests, it was a very pretty house with a pretty view.
