The Cedar Lodge resort includes a seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub, a grilling area and on-site fishing from the Little Pigeon River!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay on this property. The few things that needed mentioning were that I didn't get any notice about how to check into the property. I had to call the property the day we left and figure out on my own what to do instead of the property manager contacting me beforehand. Secondly, the week we were there was unusually warm. The condo got so hot, we needed to turn on the A/C, but the unit was locked and there was no instructions on how to turn it on. Consequently, we had to sleep with the doors and windows open and two mornings that week, we had garbage trucks wake us at 5:00 am with their racket and beeps just outside our window. Thirdly, the lighting in the condo is very dim; brighter lights are recommended.

The condo was nice and clean. Convenient location. V trips was a little frustrating to communicate with. I received a canned email to my Vrbo account stating I should receive an email 24 hours prior to check in and to use the v trips app for instructions. I didn’t receive this email until around noon on check in day. I had to make several calls the morning of, and when I got someone, check in was really simple. Thank you for a nice, clean place to stay.

The place was spotless. What I didn't like is there was only one extra blanket. The kitchen was very minimally stocked. With 8 of us staying there it was hard to make breakfast with a very small frying pan. One of the tvs we couldnt find a remote for. If I were to stay here again I would bring some of my own cooking pans.
