About this villa rental
This villa is located below the white picturesque town of Baunei.
From here you can reach the most famous and #1 awarded beaches of Baunei such as Cala Luna, Cala Goloritze, Cala Sisine, Cala Mariolu or Cala Biriola have a look at the beaches under our pictures or visit the beaches on the net. From the house you can plan the most beautiful trekking tours.
But you can also enjoy the amenities at the villa. There is a large pool available with spacious terrace and garden you can also enjoy the day here. The property with almost 3,000 square meters is located off the beaten path and is not visible and completely fenced. In the evening you can prepare your dinner on your brick Sardinian grill or at noon also make a quick pizza in your pizza oven. In the evening you can enjoy the beautiful landscape with a sundowner while sitting at the open fire bowl. The beds are equipped with high quality slatted frames and mattresses so you can have a restful sleep at night. The villa is air-conditioned and the kitchen is fully equipped up to the Nespresso coffee machine.
The bed linen and towels are of course provided.

We all really enjoyed our stay at the villa. It is spacious and well kept, with a lovely pool surrounded by nature and mountains. The coastline in this part of Sardinia, especially if you take a boat trip, is absolutely stunning. Very smooth check-in process and welcome from Sonia. Hope to return one day!

Super villa ! On s attendait pas à avoir une villa aussi grande. La piscine est juste waouh aussi (par contre, il faut faire attention aux marches car elles coupent).
Pour les enfants en bas âge il faut faire attention aux escaliers extérieur et intérieur. Il manque de sécurité.
Électricité pas a top car les fusibles sautent régulièrement quand on cuisine.
Mais aussi non tout est magnifique ! Terrein et maison entretenus!!!
Sonia la dame qui s occupe de l entretien de la maison est super sympathique et les propriétaires également !
Rien à dire d autre juste MERCI !

Superbe villa perdue dans la montagne.
Super bien équipée mais certains mobiliers ( chaisses extérieures - lits ) un peu vieillissants, voir déboités.
Grande piscine entretenue chaque matin qui a fait le bonheur de nos enfants et petits enfants.
Air conditionné dans les 2 chambres du rez de chaussée ainsi que dans le living rom très performant et utile pour les températures ambiantes.
Chambres dans le sous-sol bien fraiches "naturellement"
CUISINE très complète; idem pour les frigos et le lave linge.
Salles de bains et sanitaires : très propres et bien équipés.
Problème d'information pour le système d'évacuation des déchets ( tris, dans quel endroit, à quel moment ?)
Il manquait aussi des informations sur les lieux à visiter dans les environs ainsi que des petits tuyaux " restaurant".
Petit regret : pas d'accès au piano car ce dernier était fermé à clef et personne n'a pu nous donner cette clef.
Très beau BBQ que nous avons pu utiliser à plusieurs reprises..
A l'arrivée, difficultés pour trouver la villa car aucune adresse postale précise indiquée par ABRITEL ni de coordonnées GPS; nous avons du contacter le propriétaire en dernière minute avec les moyens du bord. Mauvaises connexions WIFI.
dans l'ensemble, nous sommes très satisfaits de la qualité des prestations offertes.

Tolle übergabe durch Sonja - spricht deutsch und hat uns alles bestens erklärt. Auch empfehle ich den Besuch der Cantina im Ort. Das Haus verfügt genug Platz und hat Einrichtungsstandards wie in Deutschland. Mit induktions-Herd und bester Kaffeemaschine wie in einem italienischen Kaffee. Bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es eine Sammlung bester DVDs und viele Bücher sowie eine Stereoanlage. Der Pool ist riesig und der Aussenbereich ein Traum. Die Wohnung ist nur weiterzuempfehlen - der Eigentümer ist deutscher und sehr nett. Ich werde sicher wieder kommen.
