Amazing

The apartment was amazing! Very clean and very nice location. Inside you have everything you need and right in front of the place there is a super nice beach! Perfect for a family vacation.

Overall, this was a lovely stay and I would recommend this stay to others!

The location right across from a beautiful beach was wonderful. The apartment was spacious, well decorated and had a huge balcony with sea views. The kitchen was well equiped and we liked the use of the clothes washer.

There was no air conditioning in the apartment so it was hot at times, even in mid-June while we were there. Also, unfortunately, we had some ants on the kitchen counter during our stay so we had to be extra careful to keep our trash outside on the balcony.

A piece of paradise

Stunning views from the living room windows and from the balcony, together with the sound of the surf, create an indescribable atmosphere in the house. Even on the hottest days, the cool sea breeze creates coolness and freshness in the apartment. Excellent clean sea coast with crystal clear water 30 seconds walk from the house (the coast is marked with a special flag, which means that the conditions on the beach are of a high standard). My wife originally planned to travel a lot around the area, but in the end she said that she feels like in paradise, lying in an armchair in the living room and enjoying the sounds, sights and smells of the sea, and does not want to go anywhere :). The apartment is also equipped with everything, required for the comfort long-term living.

Ideal für Familien, die neben Strandtagen auch Ausflüge unternehmen möchten!

Die Lage war ideal, direkt am Strand mit Meerblick! Der ideale Ausganspunkt für Tagesausflüge (Monaco, St.Tropez, Nizza, Antibes, Grasse,...), wenige Minuten Restaurants, zur Autobahn oder nahegelegenen Einkaufmlgöichkeiten. Habe mit meiner Frau und den beiden Kindern einen richtig tollen Aufenhalt genießen dürfen.

Excellent emplacement, excellent appartement, excellent hôte !

Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux et charmant de la part de Guy ! C'est le genre de personne qu'on aimerait avoir comme ami ! Il s'est occupé de nous avec attention, nous a bien expliqué, nous a fait visiter les lieux et nous a aidés. L'appartement était parfaitement propre et rangé. Tous les petits objets du quotidien sont à leur place. La vue (au 5e étage) est sensationnelle et nous donne envie d'y retourner ! L'absence de climatisation est compensée par la brise naturelle du cinquième étage, juste en bord de mer. Au nom de ma famille, je tiens à remercier sincèrement l'hôtesse de nous avoir permis de découvrir le savoir-vivre à la française pendant quelques jours !

Appartement avec vue imprenable et super bien situé.

L'appartement était super propre avec une vue exceptionnelle. Très bien situé et très sécuritaire. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons cet endroit. Guy nous a très bien accueillis. Il est très sympathique et souriant. Il est disponible et a répondu à toutes nos questions. Si nous revenons à Cannes, nous retournerons assurément à cet endroit.

Le lieu est magnifique, c’est très bien placé et je vous parle même pas de la vue sur la mer. Il vous suffit de traverser la rue pour être à la plage. Monsieur Guy est une personne formidable et il nous a très bien accueilli. Je recommande cet appartement 👌🏽

Un séjour parfait dans un endroit idéal

C'est la deuxième fois que nous louons cet appartement, la première fois étant il y a deux ans et demi, en avril. Quelle merveille ! L'emplacement est parfait, la vue est splendide, et tout le site est bien entretenu. Les lits sont très confortables, et la cuisine dispose de tout le matériel nécessaire pour cuisiner pour quatre personnes tous les jours. Guy, qui nous a remis les clés, a été formidable : la communication avec lui a été excellente. Nous avons également profité des terrains de tennis, ce qui était un vrai plus. Tout était parfait, rien à redire !
