Местоположение замечательное , пляж 3 минуты , не так людно . Добраться трамвай рядом , карфур тоже .
Во первых, была надежда что мебель починят после комментарий выше - увы .. не пойму в чем сложность заменить диван ? Во вторых, не было чашек - лишь стаканы … пить кофе со стакана не очень приятно … а в целом все было неплохо

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer hervorragenden Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt – ein großer Vorteil für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. In unmittelbarer Nähe finden Sie zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants, Supermärkte sowie Haltestellen der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, von denen aus Sie bequem jeden Teil von Nizza und die Umgebung erreichen können. Der Flughafen ist mit der Straßenbahn in nur etwa 20 Minuten erreichbar, was die An- und Abreise besonders komfortabel macht.
Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bett und die Matratzen könnten eine Erneuerung vertragen. Vor dem Einzug empfiehlt es sich, die Wohnung gründlich zu reinigen und nach den eigenen Vorstellungen herzurichten, insbesondere wenn man Wert auf Sauberkeit legt.

Everything as good as it could be. All facilities very handy. Very comfy. Air con. Comfy beds. Nice shower. Coffee filter machine. Perfect. Across the road from the beach. STUNNING EXPERIENCE. Will deffo go back!!

La proximité du tram (2 min à pied). La proximité de la plage (juste en face). L’espace du logement.
La propreté. Le logement ne semblait pas nettoyé à notre arrivée, surtout la salle de bain.
L’isolation sonore du logement n’est pas correcte.
