Everything was very clean and ready from the time we arrived. Our lovely housekeeping staff made sure everything was taken care of also. My partner is from VN, so that also makes it much easier when travelling to new locations.
Nothing. We had no problems getting anything addressed instantly. Our biggest drama was changing the batteries for the remote control, that took 2 seconds to fix

The location was convenient, staff was friendly as well as security person.
No room services and full of ants on furnitures which got to our luggages and clothes.
