About this house rental
Located in the heart of Athens (Plaka), this gorgeous house allows you to enjoy the city to the fullest, as it's a walking distance to all major archeological sites, as well as shops and restaurants. Also, you have a magnificent view of the acropolis from your private rooftop, so you will truly live your myth here!
This ultra stylish house is 170m2 and has been fully renovated and redecorated in 2019. It consists of a large, fully equipped kitchen with a balcony, a magnificent living room with a dining area, three bedrooms that share a big balcony like a patio that has direct access to the private rooftop and two bathrooms.
Now the rooftop. This is truly the gem of this property! Up here, you have clear, unobstructed views of the Acropolis and all the furniture, as well as the fireplace are custom made. It's the perfect place to just relax by the fire and enjoy your drinks.
*All rooms, apart from the kitchen have seperate air condition devices. All in all, the apartment has four air conditions, two of which are state of the art and also highly respectful towards the enviroment.

There is a private entrance with stairs and you can enjoy your privacy, as you have the whole house and the rooftop to yourselves.
Other things to note
The house is suitable for 2 families or a group of friends and it can host comfortably up to 7 guests.
The location is perfect, as you can walk to all the major archeological sites and you can also find a variety of local restaurants with traditional greek cuisine, as well as cafés, bars and shops in less than a 5 minute walk.

We had a wonderful experience. The accommodations were immaculate and the view, spectacular. Nikolia helped ensure we had reliable transportation to and from the airport and was helpful throughout our visit. 5 stars.

If i could have given this 10 stars i would. Fantastic property, fantastic location, amazing rooftop, just all was perfect. And the host, Nikolia, was a key reason why everything went so well. She ensured we had transport from and to the airport, set up tours for us - just made everything go so smoothly. Traveling internationally can be stressful, and her attentiveness and help did so much to remove the anxiety and make this trip simply wonderful. If we come back to Greece, we will definitely be looking to book this place again.

We have used VRBO many, many times all over the USA and our trip to Athens was the best experiences ever!The house is in an AMAZING location in the historic part of Athens, just one block from Monestracki Square, within walking distance of many of the ruins, including the Parthenon. Restaurants, Bakeries, shopping, site seeing, you name it, all right outside the door! Safe and secure as well!The house is GREAT. The beds were all comfortable, nice clean linens and great pillows! The interior space is massive, more than the 8 of us needed. Kitchen was well appointed with all we needed, including a washing machine to launder some clothing. The Outdoor patio and roof top deck to see the city is a huge bonus.Panos is a great host. He arranged for a transfer from the airport to the house and helped us make numerous restaurant reservations. Our large group of 8 all had an amazing experience in Athens, Panos and his house was a huge part of this experience and i would highly recommend! Thank you Panos for sharing your Athens Treasure with us!
