Welcome to Ty-Cozy!
In the heart of Plestin-les-Grèves, across from the church, a small, fully renovated 25 m² cottage.
The cottage is part of a complex of two separate houses, but they share a common entrance via an outdoor staircase. The second cottage sleeps six people. It can also be rented separately—see listing no.2195600
Exceptional location with immediate walking access to all services and shops (bakery, fish market, deli, supermarkets, pharmacy, doctors’ offices, movie theater, tourist office…), with a large market every Sunday morning and Tuesday evening in the summer.
Facing southwest, the cottage features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a sitting area with a two-seater sofa, a bedroom with a 140×190 double bed (duvet and pillows) and a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Outside, a pleasant, quiet wooden deck with no neighbors directly across and a small landscaped area will let you enjoy the sun.
All the beaches in Plestin-les-Grèves (Saint Efflam, Plage des Curés, Beg Douar, etc.) are located within a 2- to 3-km radius. On the large beach at Saint Efflam, you can enjoy all kinds of water sports (windsurfing, kitesurfing, sand yachting, etc.) and take advantage of the sailing school.
The cottage is an ideal starting point for exploring the Finistère coast (Locquirec, Morlaix, Plougasnou, Carantec, Roscoff, Île-de-Batz…) and the Côtes-d’Armor coast (Lannion, Perros-Guirec, Trébeurden, Ploumanach, Île-de-Bréhat…). You can also easily access the GR 34 hiking trail. Inland, let yourself be charmed by the Monts d’Arrée, Huelgoat, and the Vallée des Saints…
Access to Ty Cozy is via an outdoor staircase. Plenty of free parking available nearby.

Sheets provided. Mattress, comforter, and pillow covers are changed for each guest, and disposable bedding covers are also provided.
No pets allowed
Cleaning must be done by the guests or will be charged at 50 euros.
A security deposit of 400 euros is due upon arrival.

A very convenient and comfortable place to stay. The facilities in the property were good and all worked well. We really enjoyed the lovely village, lots of shops and a market on Sunday. Great country and coastal walks. Marine was a helpful and friendly host; merci beau coup! We look forward to returning...

Tres jolis même si nous n en avons pas profité.. Tres court sejour... L accueil etait tres sympathique ! Location juste à côté de toutes les commerces... Vive la Bretagne
