About this apartment rental
Single-storey house renovated in 2020 on a private garden of 300m² independent and communicating with that of your hosts. The whole is enclosed.
Rental for 2 people.
Spacious living room of 27m² tastefully furnished including a sofa bed of very good sleeping, pellet stove; bright fully equipped kitchen.
Wishing the tenant to feel ecologically responsible, a normal electricity consumption is estimated at 10 KvA/day. Beyond that, it will be billed at €0.30 per KvA.
Heating being a personal matter will be extra. It is a pellet stove: an 8 € bag can last up to 4 days, the house being very well insulated.
Possibility of bed and breakfast by the night and weekend depending on the period. Contact us.
Perfect location for water activities and fishing on foot: 6 sandy beaches in Plestin oriented differently guaranteeing swimming whatever the tide.
Pet allowed if the owner is well behaved provided that he does not stay alone at the gîte (15 € per week)
A security deposit of €300 will be required upon handover and returned no later than one week after departure
• Bed linen rental: 12€ per week
• Towel rental: €8 per occupant
• End-of-stay cleaning: 60€

We had a lovely holiday in the lodge The Little Jocelain in Plestin-les-Grèves. The lodge is extremely well equiped and comfortable. We slepped so well, it almost felt like home.
Our little dog, Pluk, was also welcome and enjoyed the garden.
Furthermore, the shops and city centre are nearby, so you don’t need your carcto go shopping.
And last but not least, Jocelyne and Alain are a lovely couple and they host very well. We hope to go back in the near future.

L inventaire n étant pas fait à l arrivée nous l avons signalé d autant plus qu il y avait un couteau et un ouvre bouchon cassé et des essuies mains manquant Les propriétaires n ont pas apprécié nos remarques mais dans la mesure où on verse une caution il semble normal que l état des lieux soit fait à l arrivée comme au départ Notre chèque de caution nous a été restitué mais en nous faisant remarquer qu on était pointilleux La maison est correcte sans plus il manque une armoire ou penderie Le rideau séparant la cuisine et la salle n est pas occultant Les poêles sont petites et faire des galettes relève de l acrobatie pour la Bretagne c est un peu dommage ! L équipement est un peu spartiate
