The location was excellent, and the apartment was modern and spacious.
It was very well equipped, and the supermarket next door was a great surprise.
The shower was a little disappointing, as it does need a deep clean on the grouting, and the toilet brush was broken and needs to be replaced.
The pillows in both rooms were very poor and could do with replacing.
The roof terrace could do with a good clean and the furniture looked a bit tired.
We couldn’t use the pool for the first couple of days, as there was work being carried out.
The air conditioning unit in the main bedroom was leaking water quite badly, and we had to turn it off.
It was fixed properly, but the maintenance guy left a mess behind and we had to clean it up.
We had to change our plans so that we were there to let him in and it took up valuable time from our holiday.

The apartment is in a great location,just a short walk from the centre of Alvor.
It was extremely well equipped with plenty of kitchen appliances, cleaning equipment and towels. Great size veranda and a fabulous roof top terrace with bbq, sink, sun shades and sunbeds with cushions. Beds were all very the most comfortable we have had in a holiday rental!
Lots of detail has gone into making this apartment a fabulous place to stay.
Lovely pool area and great underground garage.
Would highly recommend!.

Spacious, clean, comfy beds, nice balcony, fabulous roof top terrace, very well equipped kitchen, lovely quiet pool area nice and cold (no sun beds -but you can lie on grass. Location is great next door to a good supermarket. Only a couple of mins from a crazy golf bar and 10 mins in to main bars and restaurants. Perfect.
Shame no sunbeds by pool but understandable as residential apartments.
