The bed is comfy, AC quickly makes the room cold, heater for the shower, and the space being big.
The wifi was a bit slow at times.

It feels like home. I wasn't expecting much for a budget accommodation but it exceeded my expectations. It has fridge, toaster, microwave oven, single elec stove, heater, tv, hot shower, wardrobe with hangers, and comfortable bed. The AC was also working well. I had a pleasant stay! ☺
This is just my personal preference and just a minor dislike, the flourescent lightbulbs. For the lampshade, I think it's better to use a warm lighting to create a more a cozy vibe in the room during the night. This is just a personal thing 😁

The unit was located in a huge apartment complex, I did like that we did not have to leave the property to get food as there were small stores and Calendarias with a variety of Filipino food. There was a elevator in the building we stayed in, the bed was comfortable and a refrigerator and you can do light cooking in the unit and there was aircon.
I booked this unit, because the options for the property said there was Free WiFi and hot and cold shower, there is not, the WiFi is not free, you have to pay for it and the management will tell you this after you have booked the unit or after you are on the way to the unit, the hot water shower unit is non working and you will have to heat water or just take a cold shower. We will not be staying at this property again.
