The location is perfect, not too far from Maliboro. The room is small but bed sheet, room, bathroom are clean.
The inn provides tea, coffee and bread in the common area. The staff are friendly and helpful.
I wish the room had windows.

The real better than the picture. Not like any other lodgings in Yogya that looks lil bit dark and spooky. This one is clean and bright
The only minus is the bathroom is so tiny.

Modern facilities with added extras.
Misleading listing. Twin room turned out to be a bunk bed rather than two separate beds, as stated in the room description. Incessant and obnoxious door chime to the tune of G, E... C, D, E, G, E, D, C triggered every time someone entered the property. Extremely disturbing for anyone staying close to reception and something that will forever be seared into my memory, especially after I was woken at 03:30 by new arrivals. I implore management to find a solution to this distressing jingle, for your staffs' sanity as well as for your guests'.
