1 bed 1 bath cottage. Built in 1928. Withstood Hurricane Harvey in 2017. Front porch to enjoy your morning. Full size bed in cozy bedroom. Walk-in shower. Kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Lots of historic pictures and furnishings.
Bird feeders & water feature visible from the porch.
Located close to Rockport Beach and free fishing piers.
Free boat launch at Rockport Beach.
Port Aransas is 18 miles away, timing depends on the ferry.

The cottage is wonderful. Super clean, pet friendly and great communication with our host. Very close to town. She’s thought of everything! This will be our go-to in Rockport! We will be back.

Very cozy and beautifully decorated with attention to every detail that gave a great coastal cottage vibe. Quiet and close enough to water to for a fantastic breeze. Blocks away from historical downtown and great restaurants. Definitely returning in the fall.
