Cute "Little Rose Cottage" is walking distance to downtown Rockport

A cozy little property near downtown in a very quiet neighborhood. This place is a hidden gem in a wonderful community. Convenient location to everything in the area, not to mention very clean and an outstanding host. You won't regret staying here.

Hosts are awesome!Kitchen made it easy to cook. Bathroom was nice, shower worked really well. Needed more lighting by the dining table; the overhead lights on the ceiling fan felt too bluish and bright for us. Not a big deal. Needs another bedside table and access to a plug for charging phone in the master bedroom. Couch was very comfortable. Location was perfect for walking to the arts district. It had rained about a foot the week before, so the mosquitoes made it almost impossible to get out and walk around. Humidity and heat in June also was a factor. I’ve never seen so many mosquitoes in all my life, and I’ve lived in Texas most of it. Luckily the house is well insulated and kept us nice and cozy indoors. Air conditioning works really well!

Check-in was seamless, instructions for check-out were clear and concise. The only small issue were the dishes in the kitchen weren’t very clean, but the rest of the house was great. Access to a water-hose and grill were excellent. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.
