*Duke has lowered the Lake for construction at the Wateree Hydro Station. The marina is not renting boats at this time and boats cannot be pulled up to our dock.

Great week away. Cabin was all we expected. Good restaurants nearby. Weather could have been better, but we can’t control that.

Beaver Creek is our favorite lake area. This cabin was beautiful, met all of our needs, is located in a wonderful and convenient location, with an amazing host!! We will definitely be back.

The kitchen and porch were not clean. We had to wash cups and pots prior to use. The porch looked like it had not been cleaned all winter. Grills were rusty & unusable. No umbrella available for the porch table as stated. You would think a cleaning crew would have come the day of check-in to clean off the porch and make sure everything was as it should be. We were only there a few nights so we didn’t bother contacting the Owner. However when we left I did point out these issues & offered pictures but never received a response. Quite disappointing since it’s a great location and cute place.
