Location, the igloo, the entire outside space of the resort, staff, cleanliness.

Everything, great comfort, the location, the facilities inside the glamp and the silence after midnight. It’s well equipped to make you feel comfortable.

The noises around the glamp are the ones that spoil this zen place.

The breakfast was delicious, and the room was clea. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and we appreciated how close the hotel was to Dizzy Beach—just a 2-minute walk away. We had a great time at Dizzy beach

We enjoyed our stay overall, but there were a couple of things that could be improved. The igloo-style room got quite hot during the day due to its construction, but it became very cold at night, especially since we visited at the beginning of June when the nights were chilly. It might have been better to have a heater instead of air conditioning, as it would’ve helped regulate the temperature more comfortably. Also, the room was a bit small, and since we were travelling with a 3.5 years old child, we missed having a microwave to warm up his milk in the morning. We understand that this wasn't available when we booked, but it would have made a big difference for us. One more thing to mention—the mattress could be more comfortable.
