The view from the balcony is gorgeous, delicious food, comfortable bed, everything is clean and comfortable, I liked it very much, thank you

Rooms and location

Breakfast service was poor, reception ladies unpolite

Large, clean room with a great (double) bed. The hotel has a (small) pool. Girls at the desk are friendly and speak English well. Breakfast offering seems a bit limited but sufficient for our needs, the scrambled eggs were good. The beach is at the end of the street, which is about a 5-7 mins walk. But my advice is to walk a bit further south, so you'll have some food/lunch options when hungry (beachclubs serve drinks only...or crisps, ice cream etc.)

The hotel is in the northern-most part of Mamaia Nord, so your view is either construction sites or the petrochemical zone...not very inspiring. The first good restaurants are about 17-20 minute walk on the boulevard. The hotel itself is a mish-mash of styles, pretending to be a lot, but not really delivering. Our room had a few doors which scraped the floor when opening, and the shower missed its sliding doors completely. The shower lacks water-pressure. I chose this hotel because it has a pool, but the water is cold, so was the pool across the street at the three-star Dedal sister-hotel. It seems the hotel is understaffed, the kitchen has 2 personnel, and so does the front desk. In the morning tables are hardly cleaned during breakfast, and the staff just seem to do everything without any coordination.
