The apartment was very spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is large and includes all necessary utensils, as well as a microwave and a refrigerator. The apartment was very clean and well lit, with huge windows that provide plenty of natural light. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay.

Giulio y otra persona que le acompaño para hacer el check-in y entregarme las llaves, me parecieron encantadores y serviciales, de 10.
No me gusto nada la actitud de Michela, encargada de la gestión del apartamento.
Debería de estar mejor informada y conocer cual es el protocolo para realizar el check-in. No dejo de exigirnos reiteradamente que le enviará los documentos de las personas que iban a ingresar en el apartamento. Llevo viajando desde hace muchos años y no me había pasado esto nunca. Debería mirarselo, y tener un poco más de educación a la hora de dirigirse a los clientes, incluso cuando estabamos viajando en auto hasta el apartamento nos repitió varias veces que necesitaba los documentos antes de nuestra llegada, que lo decía la ley, y que parará para enviarlos.
Esta persona no está a la altura ni del apartamento ni de las personas que nos atendieron en persona. Con ellas no hubo ningún problema a la hora de hacer el check-in cuando llegamos al apartamento y presentamos la documentación requerida.
