Overall, this apartment exceeded our expectation. We will definitely book it again if in Bergamo.

I stayed in the apartment with my 2 family members. Apartment exceeded my expectations. It has everything the family may need. The bus station is close to apartment. We liked everything. Thank you for making us feel like at home. I have not seen coffee machine however this was not a problem for our family because we are tea drinkers. Apartment is on the ground floor but you need to overcome few steps at the entrance. There was hair dryer and liquid detergent for the washing machine in the apartment. The check in and check out was very easy.

We stayed 2 nights at the beginning of October. It was very very cold in the apartment. We requested to provide heater but the owner refused saying that he does not have heaters:-( . Apartment is connected with centralized heating system of the building and in spite of the cold weather the system was not turned on to our big regret. This is not the fault of the owner but I think the owner could provide us some heaters. Apartment has small garage but to our big regret it was so small that our SUV car can not fit in. We parked in the paid parking near the apartment. Parking fee is 15 euro per night.

Clean, comfortable, central.

The location is very good - close to public transport, and there’s parking if you take your own car. Lots of restaurants, supermarket + delis nearby. And green spaces too! Good beds! We slept well. Communication with the host was excellent.

The location also makes it busy and loud in terms of traffic going by - it’s the price you pay for being close to everything. The shutters help a lot to filter out the traffic sounds though.

Superb

Location is very nice. 15 min walk to Citta Alta. The nice street Santa Catarina is full of bars and cafes. Academia Carrara is 5 min walk, but note that it's closed until Jan 2023. Bus stop across the street, 5 stops to get to citycenter. Apartment is clean and beds are comfortable. Choice of blankets and pillows. Ground floor, but if you keep windows closed, very quiet.

One thing that surprises me in many apartments: they provide washing machine, but not washing powder or liquids. That's why I always bring some with me... (tablets for dishwasher were provided here).

very comfortable lay out for a family or friends. ideal location , handy express shop nearby , restaurants nearby and host very helpful. 15 minute walk to train station or short bust trip to station immediately opposite apartment. Train station gives you quick affordable access to Milan , Lake Garda etc etc

Very nice apartment in Bergamo

My friends and I really liked our apartment and felt very comfortable. Everything was super clean and we really liked the balcony in the flat. The Location was great, very close to the bus station but also okay if you want walk to the train station or the old town. The owner who brought me the key was very friendly and helpful. I could contact her with any question and she answered quickly. I can highly recommend the accommodation if you don't want to stay in Milan, which is maybe sometimes too touristy. Very nice place and close connections to Coma lake or Milan.

A szállás tiszta, jól felszerelt apartman volt, a szállásadó segítőkész, kommunikatív. Tetszett a kódos megoldás az apartmanba való bejutáshoz. Közel elérhető élelmiszerbolt, tömegközlekedés. Alapvetően minden megfelelő volt a néhány napos tartózkodáshoz Bergamoban.

Hiányoltuk a fürdőszobában a tisztálkodó szereket, de más kifogásolni valónk nem volt

Top verblijf op een goede locatie

We hebben een zeer prettig verblijf gehad. De host was erg vriendelijk en reageerde altijd snel op onze vragen, wat voor een gerust gevoel zorgde. Het appartement zelf was brandschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien, waardoor het ons aan niets ontbrak. Daarnaast voelt het hele complex veilig en verzorgd aan, wat ons verblijf nog aangenamer maakte.

Het verblijf was erg prettig, maar er zijn een paar aandachtspunten. Wanneer je aan de voorzijde slaapt met het raam open, is er veel lawaai van buiten te horen. Daarnaast maakte de verwarming in de badkamer behoorlijk veel geluid. Gelukkig werd dit probleem snel en tijdelijk opgelost door de host, die erg behulpzaam en attent reageerde.

Бяхме посрещнати от любезен и приветлив домакин, който ни даде ключовете и ни обясни всичко за достъпа до апартамента и допълнително наетия гараж. Самият апартамент беше безупречно чист, доста просторен и отлично обзаведен. Със сигурност бих отседнал отново на това място, ако някога имам път натам.

Wszędzie stosunkowo blisko ☺️ Apartament znajduje się na zamkniętym osiedlu - bardzo komfortowe rozwiązanie :) sąsiedzi przemili :) Polecam z czystym sumieniem :) Jedyne czego mi brakowało to ekspres do kawy ;) Na wyposażeniu ręczniki, koce , suszarka, żelazko, deska do prasowania,pralka, zmywarka wszystko czego potrzeba a nawet więcej :) +Za bardzo wygodne łóżka 😁

Giulio y otra persona que le acompaño para hacer el check-in y entregarme las llaves, me parecieron encantadores y serviciales, de 10.

No me gusto nada la actitud de Michela, encargada de la gestión del apartamento. Debería de estar mejor informada y conocer cual es el protocolo para realizar el check-in. No dejo de exigirnos reiteradamente que le enviará los documentos de las personas que iban a ingresar en el apartamento. Llevo viajando desde hace muchos años y no me había pasado esto nunca. Debería mirarselo, y tener un poco más de educación a la hora de dirigirse a los clientes, incluso cuando estabamos viajando en auto hasta el apartamento nos repitió varias veces que necesitaba los documentos antes de nuestra llegada, que lo decía la ley, y que parará para enviarlos. Esta persona no está a la altura ni del apartamento ni de las personas que nos atendieron en persona. Con ellas no hubo ningún problema a la hora de hacer el check-in cuando llegamos al apartamento y presentamos la documentación requerida.
