About this house rental
We promise you won't be looking at the time at this luxury home, named "Time to Wine Down." This one-of-a-kind, craftsman-built estate has everything you could ask for in a home away from home. This spacious sqft 4000 4-bedroom home is located in a peaceful, foliage-filled, quiet equestrian area in beautiful Bonsall, California. Wine down with family and friends in this tranquil and beautifully decorated home accompanied with an incredible pool, waterfall, jacuzzi, and firepit. “Time to Wine Down" is located behind a private automatic gate and shaded with luscious mature greenery. The home is perfect for a quiet getaway and a refreshing retreat. Pick fresh fruit from our 50+ fruit trees and take a stroll on the many walking paths near the home.
‘Time to Wine Down’ can comfortably sleep 14 guests with two master bedrooms both rooms boasting a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. There is plenty of room with two queen bedrooms, 2 twin rollaway beds, and two sleeper sofas.
Wake up early and enjoy a cup of complimentary coffee on the back patio watching the birds fly overhead. Make breakfast for your friends and family in one of our two fully stocked kitchens, and make memories you'll never forget, jumping in the pool as lunch is being cooked on the built-in BBQ outback. Don't forget to pour a glass of wine and sit in our 10 person jacuzzi as the sunsets and get a little competitive with a round of pool. After a long day, find yourself curled up in one of our 3 living rooms enjoying a few board games or watching a great movie on our flat screen smart TVs. “Time To Wine Down” offers hotel-style amenities providing; shampoo, soap, conditioner, and all linen for your convenience. Additionally, complimentary water is located on nightstands in each bedroom as well as coffee and tea are provided for your use as well.
This stunning home also has a renovated barn with stables for indoor horse boarding, a large horse corral on the property, and a fully fenced property line. Board your horse for an additional cost and ride your horse on the 20+ mile equestrian trails.
‘Time to Wine Down’ is located just minutes from a few local cafes, boutique wineries, local cocktail bars, and less than 30 minutes from the Oceanside Pier. Feeling lucky, take a short 20-minute drive to Pala Casino.
A signed rental agreement is required prior to check-in. Please ask your host for more details.
-This property is pet friendly (max of 2 pets), with an additional fee of $25 per pet per night, plus a $70 non refundable deposit. We also require a pet agreement to be completed. Please ask the host for more details.
-Pool IS NOT heated but can be heated (only during the months of April thru Oct and outside air must exceed 68 degrees Fahrenheit) for an additional $400 per night with a 2 night minimum. If heating the pool, a pool heating agreement must be signed.
-Rental includes 3 hours of jacuzzi heating. There is an additional fee of $50 per hour if you are wanting more time.

Beautiful property with all the amenities felt like being at a resort. Manager was very tesponsive and helpful when we had questions. Highly recommend both the property and tge manager.

This property deserves a five star rating except for two things. In the description it says the pool can be heated for a fee. When we requested this we were told they had problems with that and aren't heating it anymore. Only two out of eight of us were able to tolerate the temp of the pool. Secondly, the lounge chairs were in need of repair as the fabric was shredding and we were leery of sitting in them. Again, fix those two issues and it would definitely be a five!

Such a beautiful location hidden up in the hills with views from every window. House was so beautifully designed with lots of windows. I'd highly recommend to others.

Our family of 7 stayed at this house for our spring break trip. We knew the house wasn’t close to the city but it had what we wanted, a pool, quieter neighborhood, and large enough to fit all of us. However the house did not exactly match the pictures on the listing. There was no privacy in the master bedrooms between the sleeping area and the bathroom, and there were TONS of spiders everywhere. The water pressure also wasn’t great in the shower. The house overall was clean except for the outside table. You also had to text/call the rental company to turn on the hot tub in order to heat it for 3 hours max due to it being run on gas. That being said the rental company was easy to work with but the listing is misleading regarding the pool area and fire pit use. There is also a lot of weird rules regarding the house,and hefty fines if any are broken. The house is gorgeous but we won’t be staying here again in the future.
