About this apartment rental
Enjoy this two bedroom, two bath condo in North Phoenix. The condo overlooks the swimming pool with a ground floor patio and a second story balcony. It is just 1/2 mile south of the 101 which makes it easy to get to any part of Phoenix. The complex is quiet and very clean. Many palm trees add a nice atmosphere to the property. The condo went through a complete renovation that was completed in October of 2021. No pets and no smokers please.

Everything was GREAT. We really enjoyed our month there. Location to loop 101 is very good as well as being close to Safeway, Starbucks an d a nice walking park.
Can’t wait to return next year.

The Condo was very clean upon check in and worked well for my wife and I. There is a pool right outside our front door. Very quiet neighborhood and well maintained property. The owners were very communicative and had quick responses to any questions we posed. Would stay there again when available.
