Charming BRAND NEW 3-bedroom house in North Phoenix!

Overall the property was good for what are had going on. On arrival it’s a bit of a sketchy neighborhood with some people walking around late at night. Across the street from the property are the back patios of a duplex of condos. The inside of the unit is much better than the outside. I would recommend fully extending the metal gate in the backyard to feel more protected and fixing the gate door especially being a property next to an abandoned structure. The inside of the home is very beautiful and cozy. The two additional beds are like full size mattresses. No tvs in any of the rooms. The light cap/fixture fell off in the kitchen while we were out Friday night. Dead flies were found in various corners of the house not many but they were visible. The shower in the master could really use some shelving we had to put our soaps on the floor of the shower. A few extra additions: an iron and ironing board, curtains or shutters on the back and front door to reduce the heat rise in the house. On multiple occasions were we burning up because the house couldn’t cool down fighting the heat from the windows. Other than the everything else was cool the kitchen is spacious we cooked a few times. pots and pans are great love the non stick. Bed in master was very comfortable and carpet felt clean house just smelled like very fresh paint.

Great house, everything new and clean. Communication with host was flawless.

This place was very easy to enter, and leave and I felt very comfortable in my stay!
