About this apartment rental

Casa Chipley is an easy home base for a Charlotte weekend, concert, game, or work trip. The home sleeps up to six, with one queen bed in each of the three bedrooms. There’s one full bathroom, plus a downstairs half bath with a toilet and sink. You’ll have 500 Mbps Wi‑Fi, a dedicated workspace, a full kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, free parking, keypad entry, Apple TV with streaming apps, and a private patio. Bojangles Coliseum and Ovens Auditorium are a short walk away, while Plaza Midwood, NoDa, South End, and Uptown are close by. Close to everything you need. If it's not within walking distance it's only a short drive. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Desmond was very responsive to any questions I had and actually reached out to me prior to our arrival.

All rooms and kitchen were clean, and there was plenty to do with games that were left for guest, so that's a plus too.
