Welcome to the Peaceful Place on the Park! Centrally located in one of the best areas of Charlotte. While being just a short distance from uptown, this lavish apartment resides in a serene Myers Park neighborhood. The place is right across the street from one of the nicest parks in the city, Colonial Park, which sports multiple tennis courts and a playground. Many incredible restaurants and specialty coffee shops just a short walk away. Plenty of free parking on premises.

Tub could use a no-slip treatment, bathroom sink drain could use attention. Drains very slow.

Property was as listed.Great stay. Excellent communication and easy check-in/check-out. Great location for accessing all parts of the city. We had a car. Grocery & coffee spots in short walking distance as well as a few restaurants. Welcoming house binder with neighborhoods and maps as well as activities are a plus to people not familiar with the area as well as detailed requests for check out

Cozy and sweet. The apartment is a in a great location and exactly as pictured. Perfect for a short stay and to access plenty of areas of the city easily.
