It is a beautiful and old house in Competa completely renovated, very cozy located 50m from the Almijara square.
It consists of three floors. The first with kitchen, living room, TV 50 ", bathroom and 2 bedrooms.
The second floor, very sunny, has an American kitchen, dining room, bathroom, 1 bedroom and 2 terraces. This floor has an exit door to Calle Panaderos.
The third has a bar with sink and a large terrace fully furnished with table chairs, armchairs and sun loungers.
Not recommended for children from 1 to 5 years old
Not recommended for people with reduced mobility
No zones are shared with other clients

There is lots of room and amazing views. All what you need was there and owner was very helpful. Will come back. 3 balconies, 2 kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets. Lots of room for clothes and other stuff.

El exterior con su zona de barbacoa, su solarium y su zona de chill out. Una zona estupenda que hemos disfrutado en los desayunos y las cenas.
Y por supuesto la amabilidad de los propietarios y lo acogedores que son los vecinos del pueblo. Todo fue maravilloso.

El pueblo que es precioso, su ambiente, la casa que es perfecta, limpia, reformada y con grandes espacios.
Gracias a la dueña que ha sido muy amable con nosotros.
